Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a return, please email support@niaura.ca with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
